Allow type filter on og_handler_relationship

If you have more than one OG Membership type on a site, it is sometimes necessary to use a LEFT JOINed view which is specific to a certain membership type. As all memberships go through a single views field, this isn't currently possible.

I would suggest an optional setting on the relationship to filter the type on the join itself.
