Hello,

i´ve created a view with a teaser list for events and a block as calender to navigate through the events... so far so good.
But when I open the view, I don´t want all events listed for the current month, I want a list of the events of the current day as default list (a day view instead of month view). How can I do this?

I suppose you could add a Filter with "now" and "+1day".

Thanks for your suppose... but it doesn´t work.

When I add a filter, it also filters the block, so only events at the date now are displayed in teaserlist and in the month-calendar-block.

I think, the solution must be in the calendar.theme.php or so...

Clone the calendar, and in one you only have a Page (disable the Block) without filters; in the other one you have only Block (disable the Page) with filter.

ok, thank you Danai! It works with a small difference to your suggestion:
1 calendar with only a page and a filter by day now - this is the page to link to
1 calendar with a block and a page to navigate with the calendar through the days
