Issue is with AdvAgg not being able to capture 404s (something else is in front of it). This will prevent unstyled pages from being served; example issue #2067679: Need help with "Adv CSS/JS Agg - HTTP Request HTTP requests to advagg for css files are not getting through."

This will give a better site experience while the 404 issue gets resolved by the site owner.
