I try to get the Admin language as English and the content URL-dependant, but menus are always in English

I try to get the Admin language as English and the content URL-dependant, but menus are always in English.

When I make the language of the User Admin also URL-dependant, the menus are translated when clicking other languages, but the Admin is also translated.

This is a serious malfunction, in my opinion.

Should I just create my own menu function using i18n_language_context()?

Is there a better solution to this?

I noticed that global variable $language just returns the aboved mention "Admin Language".

Please, someone shed some light over this.
