After successfully setting up oauth to use facebook registration/ login i attempt to register using a facebook acct. It then links the account after approving the fb permissions but then redirects to the user/register page rather than just logging you in. The fields are correctly populated with the FB info but still wants the user to enter a password. This defeats the purpose of logging in with FB, no? This also happens at checkout when asked to register and you cant proceed with entering a password.
Anyone know of way to fix this flow?

robit8deb CreditAttribution: robit8deb commentedthe more i have thought about it i guess it sort of makes sense if you were to ever disassociate your social login from your account to have a password stored. It is kind of confusing out of the box because many sites just allow you in from social login without further interaction. We decided to add some helper text to the user/registration page to explain why a user needs to supply a password.
