I just downloaded and did a fresh install of Drupal 6 RC1 and devel 6.x-1.x-dev. Upon enabling the devel node access module, this error is presented:

hook_menu was still using the 5.x version of the Menu API. Updated to 6.x version. Tested to work on my 6.x-beta2 install.

applied. made a few other tweaks and changed .info so the module is D6 compatible. thanks.
