How do I theme a specific node (that uses a Page content type) in Omega?

I've tried

node--1571.tpl.php
region--content--page-node-1517.tpl.php

But neither work.

Never mind. node--1517.tpl.php seems to be working now.

Ok-- node--1571.tpl.php didn't work how I envisioned. Shouldn't region--content--page-node-1517.tpl.php or region--content--page-1517.tpl.php work?

Drupal Devel indicates use region--content--page.tpl.php, but I need to only theme a specific page, not all Page content types.

When you mean "theme" you mean change layout or just css?

Neither :) I wanted to add specific text and a banner to this node. So I guess changing the layout.
