Sometimes we have to ask a long question with a lot of information. It would be nice to have a field named "question description".

you can take a look on the experts-exchange.com website for a real example.

Hi,

Do you still want a short question field too? The example on experts-exchange.com you gave has multiple answers (bit more forum like), is that also part of your requirement?

I agree. Having the question as the node title is really annoying.

Please try out the attached patch or the latest dev release (available later today).

The question is still the node title, but it is now possible to create a much longer entry.
