I had the same issue. I reverted the module and then ran the update again, this time also running the suggested database update after installing the updated modules. The problem cleared right up for me.

Re-opening. This is still a problem in 7.x-2.5 and clearing the cache does not fix it.

I have cleared the cache but the error keeps appearing

I am running D7.28 and Nice Menus 7.x-2.5

Is there anything I should try ?

I am still have the problem with Nice Menu I have cleared the cache but it does not correct the issue. Is there a fix or for the problem?
