Using latest Drupal 7.22 with latest WYSIWYG dev module and latest CKEditor 4.2 release.

In the profiles all buttons are selected/ticked, but this is only the half of the buttons I get:

Where's the other half of the buttons? Like arrange text buttons and etc.

Yes, I cleared cache.

Also note I get same issue with separate Drupal module CKEditor. Half of the buttons are also missing.
