mailchimp lists have their 'created' and 'updated' timestamps exported

The exported list entity has its timestamps in the export code. This means that subsequent saves, even if nothing gets changed, report as being overridden.

This should be excluded from the export. (Or possibly removed entirely? -- config entities don't tend to store timestamps.)
