Please Check Error Logs under Drupal reports > Recent Log messages where you an get exactly what problem you got.. If you not understand please provide that error in details so we can provide you solution on it.

This not error which you posted on screenshot that was notice which is because of you did not define variable before used.
Secondly clear all error logs and then go to content > create content > then select the content type where you want to add contents.
Then if you get same error "Error: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."
Then go to reports > recent logs and check you found the reason of error in error logs and then you take screenshot and forward here, then I can you help you in further.

gisleThe screenshot shows an error en a theme template, not in Content Access.
