I inherited a D6 site and need to upgrade it to the latest D7. Below is what is installed. I'd assume start over but they have lots of entries they don't want to lose plus it's SEO'ed in fairly well.

Any ideas on an upgrade path would be very much appreciated!

It looks like you might not have too rough of a time. I know most of the modules you list are well supported in Drupal 7.

You'll want to go through and check each module has a D7 version available.

Be aware that CCK no longer exists in Drupal 7. We now use Field API, see: https://drupal.org/node/1144136
