hotkeys JS conflict (with Sassson base theme)

This may be related to #1686374: Support jquery.hotkeys.js as library

When using this module in conjunction with the sasson base theme (https://drupal.org/project/sasson), both projects try to load a JS library called hotkeys. In my case, the theme wins out so the localization client breaks.

I'm not sure who is to "blame" here but it seems like both projects should be using the same library, hence why the issue linked above may be relevant.

FYI Sasson appears to use the library here: https://github.com/tzuryby/jquery.hotkeys/blob/master/jquery.hotkeys.js
