Sites not sharing search results in both directions

Hello,

And thank you for this great module.

I have a problem with syncing search results. I have 2 Drupal sites. Site A can search A and B but site B can only search itself.
In site B I can see the medadata for site A but it never returns any results from A. If I can straight to Solr Admin and search for the same term I get results from both sites.

Boths site are using apachesolr search 7.x-1.3 and Apache Solr Multisite Search 7.x-1.0

Any ideas how to fix this? Is there some setting I'm missing?
