nodequeue's roles are added to the Feature, even when another feature provides them

The roles that my nodequeue has in its settings get added to the feature.

But they are already provided by another feature. I've unselected them in the Features 2.0 UI, but they keep coming back. They also don't get added to the 'features exclude' list.
