This is my problem. I create a site in a subfolder then I move the site to root and url change, Title still work but change from:

[node:title]

to the number of node

node/20

in the node admin the pathauto show the correct title but if i try to enter to it tell me the path doesnt exist.

any help?

I found the solution! The problem is with language, in the site with problems there is two language spanish and english but the content without a define language dont get the url pattern, so I need to apply a specific language and the URL get the pathauto pattern.
