Product reference don't save in user profile

I have a field collection with tow field:
Product reference
Interger value

This field collection is in the profile, and it appear perfectly in the profile form. The problem is when I try to save the form, all of values were save, but the field collection it's empty always.

The watchog don't throw any message and the php log neither. The form send a usual message "the form is saved" and all seem correct, but the value don't save. I created the field outside the field collection, and it run perfect. For this I supose that the fail is in the field collection module.

¿It's a bug? ¿What type of information do you need for try solved it?
