I installed a fresh drupal-7.22 site on my local server with omega-4.0-beta4 and created a sub theme via the wizard. I enabled admin module & disabled toolbar module. The admin module's menu links appear cut off like they don't have enough padding.

//http://omega.testing/sites/all/themes/omega_testing/css/styles.css on line 2
* {
-webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
-moz-box-sizing: border-box;
box-sizing: border-box;

The above rule affects the display of links in the admin menu.

Disabling the rule in inspecter fixes the display.

I added the following css to my subtheme to fix the issue for me:

/* Admin menu display fix*/
#admin-toolbar * {

This is something that has to be fixed in the sub-theme I am afraid as it's also the sub-theme that adds the border-box stuff (which is generally a good thing). Sorry
