I would like to put up a multi-store site - how do I do this with Drupal Commerce? Is there a way, or is it one store only?

Preferably each user could setup a store, and there would be a transaction fee taken on each transaction.

Yes, sadly it's still in sandbox. I decided to go with Ubercart for now - I'll transfer over when/if it becomes available, if I decide that's a smart idea.
