Generate menu while creating content

I have content type which has two fields:

-title
-body

Menu have to be generated when I create a content.
i.e. title should act as menu link and body field content should act content of the page.

How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Do you not see the "Provide a menu link" at the bottom of the page when you create this content?
