Now conditional fields first load all dependent fields and form can load slowly!

So it would be great to load fields when it is triggered!

This is a duplicate of #884268: AJAX loading of dependent fields. That request is 2 years old, so I don't hold out much hope of getting a solution. Maybe a community-contributed patch is in order? :-)
