also we wanna have a internal communication platform, i thought about forums. but i am not able to add a new topic or a new forum (pls see attached screenshot). can somebody help me please?

OpenAid 1 will receive security updates and accept patches for feature requests. Closing this. If someone would like to address this issue they are welcome to reopen and submit a patch.
