Change to display the Rubric with the Long answer question

Hi,

Currently, the Rubric is not displayed with the Long answer question when taking a Quiz. It is currently displayed AFTER the answer is submitted.

This seems counter intuitive as I would expect that the Rubric is there to inform the student, what the assessment criteria is *before* they start providing the answer.

Can it please be changed to display the Rubric with together with Question.
