I was messing around and created a block then deleted it and hosed my site. I am unable to restore my site after this. Anyone want to give me a clue?
The Blocks admin is ridiculous. It confuses the title and the description of a block. Once the description is created the first time there appears no way to change it later.

larowlanSounds like you have a configured block instance but the entity it wraps is missing. What block yaml files do you have in your active store. Does a record exist in custom block table with that uuid?

donpwinston CreditAttribution: donpwinston commentedI deleted everything having to do with a block in an attempt to get it running again. Looks like I'll have to reinstall it. (I was just experimenting with Drupal 8)

larowlanOk, I'll leave as postponed. If you can reproduce it on a new install, please post the steps here.
Thanks for your help and for taking the time to report it :).
Oh and we know about the UI being clunky - thats being tracked in #1875252: [META] Make the block plugin UI shippable, be sure to report your experiences there.
