Follow up from #1784234: Change notice: Use schema.org types and properties in RDF mappings where some failing tests revealed that Bartik wasn't marking up some elements in RDFa. rdf.module prepares the submitted variable with the right RDFa markup, but because Bartik does not use this variable directly the expected markup is missing.

this was fixed with https://drupal.org/node/1941286#comment-7599377
#1706612: remove 'submitted' variable in templates for ease of theme development should help to avoid confusion in the future as well.
