We have the issue on D6 CAPTCHA 6.x-2.4 for webform 6.x-3.19, do you know is there a patch for it?
"The answer you entered for the CAPTCHA was not correct.
CAPTCHA session reuse attack detected."

I think the CAPTCHA people may be able to answer this better than I can. I don't regularly combine Webform + CAPTCHA.
