I just added the block using context and had the same error.

I too am seeing this error just after installation of the module from structure/blocks/ when I click on 'add facebook box'. Has anyone seen a patch or made any progress with this? If not, I'll try one of the alternatives although Feed Facebook is still in dev. --Thanks!
