Hello,
I'm getting start with Drupal Commerce (7.x-1.7) and I've just install Flat rate (7.x-1.0-beta2) and Shipping (7.x-2.0).
When i create a new flat rate service, the field "base rate" don't appears like in the screenshot attached.
I don't know why ? It's a bug ? or a wrong configuration...

Ok... There was an error with the CSS.
The "base rate" field was behind the "tax included" field.
It appears fine now.
