Categorize all layout-related modules under a top-level section "Layout"

Now I finally understand what the difference is
between Views, Panels and Display Suite

I think the problem is with Drupal Menu doesn't categorizes
the tools for their purpose which makes it confusing for users

Every just comes under one main menu category
Menu > Panels + Display Suite + Views

If they did them in category for purpose it would make
more sense to new users

i.e Layout Category > out Panels and Display Suite
Field Displays Category > Views
