Apache Solr version is 7.x-1.3.
Apache Solr Multilingual is 7.x-1.0-beta1.

If you add a search page, you get :
Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /.../apachesolr_multilingual/apachesolr_multilingual.module on line 532

Can you update to 7.x-1.x-dev and test it?

Updated and tested : No more fatal error.
