Add "date of last import" as token to a "feed url"

Hello,

I need to add the "date of the last import of this feed" to the "feed url".

For example with a token:

http://www.myfeed.com/feed.xml?partnerid=12345&lastupdate=[date of the last import of this feed as unix timestamp]

Is this possible with feeds or an add on?
