Add the ability to have no tweet limit [#2022135]

Firstly thanks for a great module.

Currently it appears the tweet limit must always be a value between 1 and 20. This means it is not possible to pull back all tweets for a timeline.

Any chance of having an 'all' option which leaves the data-tweet-limit unset.
