Avatar : mandatory

Hi,

The «Force users to select an avatar image on user registration» does not seem to work. I've check the permissions and cleared the cache...

Could it be because I use the Moneyscript/Membership module suite?

Edit: if I disable the reg_with_pic module, I lose of course the possibility to upload on registration an avatar, but the user picture becomes mandatory.
