Module needs Update for new Twitter API 1.1 [#2017873]

Since Twitter API has been updated to 1.1, this module wont work anymore.

I just implement a new version which uses new API 1.1 through Twitter API php (https://github.com/J7mbo/twitter-api-php)

I have put the branch 7.x-2.x here for downloading
