Comment notify sends comment email, even though comment is marked as spam

Hi,

I must be doing something wrong (as this issue was reported before and marked as fixed). I'm using the latest dev build of this module and Drupal core 6.28.

I've configured the module as follows:

Content to filter: Comments, Site-wide contact form
Posting action: prevent spam content from being posted, notify visitor
Spam threshold: 86
Log level: important
Discard spam logs older than: 4 weeks

I have the comment notify module and I am subscribed to get a notification email for any comment posted.

How do I get these modules to work together so I don't get an email notification on spam comments? The spam module correctly identifies the spam (it's all listed under the "Spam" tab, not under the "Awaiting approval" tab), so the Spam module seems to work great!
