I cannot login with FTPS or Limited Shell with the password under ~/users/username:

I have this error message in auth.log

Jun 4 21:31:37 prod1 pure-ftpd: pam_unix(pure-ftpd:auth): authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=0 tty=pure-ftpd ruser=o1.xxx rhost= user=o1.xxx

Any ideas?

No idea, but you should upgrade to BOA-2.0.9 and you could also try to update this user password with passwd o1.xxx command and then try if that works.

I have updated to BOA-2.0.9, but I still could not log in after.

After setting the password with passwd o1.xxx it worked.
