The API.txt states:

If the token is intended to generate a path expected to contain slashes,
the token name must end in 'path', 'path-raw' or 'alias'. This indicates to
Pathauto that the slashes should not be removed from the replacement value.

However, it doesn't work for 'path-raw'. I had to switch to simply using 'path'.

I could probably waist my time figuring out where path-raw was removed. However, the simpler fix is to just update the API.txt to remove path-raw. That's what this does. And use a token that ends in path.
