I just installed the Newsletter module, and I've been having problems with it. Basically, all the text I input doesn't show up. Whole paragraphs just disappear. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, though it seems to be more common around links.

It also appears again for no apparent reason. For example:

Right now, I'm writing a newsletter and just publishing it online. I input three paragraphs- A, B, and C. I noticed paragraph B wasn't showing up. I had an amazon link in, and thought that might be causing the problem, so I deleted it. Paragraph B showed up- but now paragraph C was gone. I hit 'edit'- everything still there. I hit submit- and paragraph C was still gone. I tried again, and C was there, but a few lines of A were missing.

I have no idea what's going on- is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

helps tremendously to know:

A) exactly what module is in use
B) the exact version of the module

I've search for newsletter.module & found newsletter checkbox and simple news.

insure you are using the latest version of the module. which ever one it is.

I'm using the Simple News module, with Drupal 5. I am using version 5.x-1.1 (I think that's the way yo denote versions...?) which I think is the most up-to-date, and I've also installed the module mimemail.

I'm using IE as a browser.

Thanks!

Are you using a text editor, if so which one? Check the source code of the textarea and make sure all HTML tags are closed properly.

Text editor? Well... I typed it up on notepad, the c/p. I checked the HTML, and it seems fine, as far as I can tell.

* Is it just that particular text that's causing the issue or does it affect all newsletter issues?
* Does it happen in the newsletter email?
* Does it happen with other content types?
* Have you tried viewing the page with Firefox?
* Can you paste the text here?
