When using the "manage questions" feature to add questions to an existing quiz, there doesn't seem any way to access any more than ten questions in the "browse for questions to add" section. I believe in version 6 there were forward and back buttons you could use to navigate through the filtered list of questions, but his feature doesn't seem available now.

I'm using Aqua Marina and with Fusion Core as my themes in case this has any relevance.

Paul-c, did you find a solution to this issue? I just posted about almost the exact same problem here: https://drupal.org/node/2036791 I would think in the 2.5 months since you posted someone would have confirmed this as an issue or described how to fix it. This issue is made much more annoying byt the fact the the pagers are missing...

If you fixed this, I'd love to hear how...

Fixed in 5.x. Question bank is now a configurable view.
