Madam/Sir,

you have developed a truly great responsive theme, ranking among the best.
But unlike the also extremely well done "Professional Theme" your theme lacks support for the spread and pinch gesture used with tablets like Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 or iPad 3.
If your theme supported this gesture on touch screens, Bamboo would be nearly perfect.

Here is a list of the themes I tested for support of the spread and pinch gesture and their results:

Bamboo: no support
Zircon: no support
TB Sirate: no support
OMEGA: user defined support. Best support in my short review of responsive themes
basic: no support
skeleton: no support
fusion: support
Mix & Match: support
Sky: support
outreach: support

Education: no support
Bootstrap: support
Professional Theme: support

Best regards and thank you for this great piece of work!

HI thanks for posting. I may add this as an optional setting in the theme settings page but I want to fully research the ramifications first. At the very least, if I add the feature, there will be no support for any downsides of layouts breaking and such when you pinch and zoom. I'll have a look-see at the themes above, some of which I use on a regular basis for client projects and compare. This might take some time, expect a few weeks or so.

Ok, there's a new theme setting for this now and it's in dev. It's a checkbox called "Use Touch device pinch and zoom?". Check it if you want pinch and zoom. I tested this on my iPad Mini and my iPhone and it worked as expected when the checkbox was checked. As always, be sure to clear cache after changing any theme setting.

It should show up within the next 24 hours or of course you can download it using Git.

git clone --branch 7.x-1.x highrockmedia@git.drupal.org:project/bamboo.git
cd bamboo

Please test and post back here. Note that I can't really be responsible for how a particular device such as Android behaves with this feature and have no capability of testing for those so this is probably about as far as I can go with this.
