Fix spelling for Spanish speaking countries

Hi,

I have fixed spelling, accents and ñs for regions in most of Spanish speaking countries. I thought I should share them.

For Spain I have changed so it uses the "Comunidades Autonomas" (Cataluña, País Vasco, Asturias, etc) instead of the provinces, as it would make much more sense to use them in my application.
