add onmouse events + collapsed on node edit form

hi,

this module seems mandatory for so many reasons but lacks the power to apply javascript driven events to menu items.

so I created a patch which:

• adds all javascript onmouse events (html4 -> no dragging)
• menu attributes are nor conveniently collapsible (by default collapsed) on the node edit form to avoid endless page scrolling

please review the patch and add it to the source if its ok.
