Some guidance

I am trying to use Merci but had some questions. I am trying to create a reservation system. I have 12 soccer fields. I have over 30 teams. I want to have teams being able to login and reserve a field for a game. The times are pre set for each field. For example Field 1 would only have slots 9-10:30am, 10:30-12:00noon, 12noon-1:30pm for available times. Each field will have different pre defined time slots. Also each team can only pick from certain fields. For example team a can only reserve from field 1 and 3. And of course if Team A pick Field 1 from 9:30-12noon on May 1st no one else can reserve for the same time. I appreciate and feedback or direction on this project.
