I did not notice that my custom block was added to this page. I also did not notice that I could filter by module...
once that was pointed out to me, and I tried it, I thought, that the filter by module list should indicate which filter is active.
Proposed resolution
change the style of the list item/link that is the active filter.

- Create initial patch to change the style of the active filter module

User interface changes
Re-using already common pattern of indicating active menu sub item/or tab, for this filter by module list.

xjmYeah. The page title or a header should also indicate the list is filtered. However, this particular change would sort of be putting lipstick on a pig -- we need to change this whole page pretty radically. (There are a bunch of related issues... somewhere...)
