Well done.
I just wonder a little if the slideshow image is intentionally resized/ pressed? It is a bit disturbing to see photo is pressed. And also the contrast of main content area text and background may need adjustment, no?
Just my 2 cents. Apart from that, all is good. Good job.

thx for the feedback, they were resized intentionally, however, i should have changed the dimensions of the photos before uploading them so that would not get so not proportionally changed. Also, changed a bit the background, so it's easier to read the content now.
