I am using on commerce site with the kickstart distribution.
I would like to know if I can use it on non-commerce responsive sites?
Yes, I can just try it, but if it won't work well for non-commerce sites it will be good to know now to prevent future problems.

Cookiz CreditAttribution: Cookiz commentedWell Omega Kickstart is not meant to be used on non-commerce sites.
It has been prepared to support Kickstart distributions.
What are the element from Omega Kickstart you wanted to use on a non-commerce site ?

domineaux CreditAttribution: domineaux commentedI am building a 3 site package *.mobi, *.com *.net
*.mobi will be minimized shopping cart
*.net is full version of the shopping cart
*.com is the fully featured desktop site without the shopping cart.
Client wants separate sites to assure customers can always make contact, if one or more sites are down.
I will be using kickstart on the sites with shopping carts.
Thanks for responding

Cookiz CreditAttribution: Cookiz commentedWell omega_kickstart is based on the omega framework theme so even if you'll be using omega_kickstart as the base theme for the non commerce sites it should work, because omega_kickstart override theming on omega.
For each of your sites the case will probably to have 1 different theme per site, so i can imagine you'll override omega_kickstart with theme_mobi, theme_net, theme_com (look here for more details on how to override omega_kickstart with your own custom theme base theme's global styles not pulling into subtheme)
Hope this helps if not don't hesitate to ask for more info.
