Linking FTP Video files with Drupal Site File Upload

Hi Guys,
Im not sure if I am supposed to post this here or somewhere else.
Im now building a site that will have video tutorials and other documentary videos on a portfolio like page. Here is what I have done so far, I have well created almost everything and they are all up and running, I Installed all necessary Video Related Modules etc that I require for my site to work...
Here is My problem.....I can not upload videos with 100+ MB using the normal drupal file upload because the web host does not allow Post_Max_Size to be more than 20mb (even after increasing it in php.ini). So what I did is, I created a directory in my server and uploaded the files to my FTP, So they are all now online. What Im struggling to do is linking them to my portfolio page (see http://www.rareviewsonline.com/portfolio) I need the images shown now to be Video Thumbnails and when clicked they will migrate to another page which has a Media Player and then be played from there.

Any Help please, Im running out of time.

NB: This is my very first Drupal Site.
