Notice: Undefined index: options in views_plugin_display->get_plugin() (line 870 [#1939424]

I get a lot of php errors in the log when using Views Autocomplete Filters. It seems the pager display handler needs an 'options' setting at line 86 of views_autocomplete_filters.inc. I've rolled a patch, attached below.

indeed. it happens when the number of results is bigger than maximum set for display in autocomplete.
