Releases for Neptune

Changes since Neptune 7.x-1.x:

• refactored Neptune to work with Zen 7.x-5.4
• removed the custom 'neptune_layout' setting and associated custom layout code. Neptune now uses Zen Grids, Zen's default layout framework, which allows for single or multi-column layout.
• removed the custom 'neptune_display_main_menu' setting. The main menu can be turned off via the theme's standard settings ('/admin/appearance/settings/neptune') so the custom setting is redundant.
• updated the miniNav styling. The miniNav is displayed at mobile resolutions and is now styled to appear at the top of the viewport, rather than in page, making mobile navigation easier.
